1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Squad HR software-as-a-service platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Administrators are responsible for managing employee invitations, configuring valid leave policies, and defining reporting lines correctly. You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Provide accurate, complete registration details.
- Ensure that all employee data uploaded complies with local labor regulations.
3. Billing & Payments
We bill ₹30 per active employee per month on our standard plan (or billed monthly at ₹36, depending on the selected billing cycle). Taxes, such as GST (18%), are calculated and added at checkout. Payments must be processed through valid automated channels. Accounts with overdue invoices may be suspended after notice.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to bypass security protections, execute denial-of-service attempts, distribute malware, scrape platform features, or utilize simulated/mock tests on production databases to falsify employee records.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Squad HR is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific compliance standards without your custom configuration.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of Squad HR shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
